Meeting Minutes
November 21, 2014
The meeting was called to order at 8:15 AM by Chairman Genest in the Town Hall.
Members Present: Michael Genest (Chair), Gordon Webber & John Robertson
Staff present: Donna Hanson (Town Administrator), Scott Lester (Police Chief), Chip Craig (Road Agent)
- Mr. Webber moved to enter a non-public session at 8:15 A.M. under RSA 91-A:3 II (b) hiring (c) reputation.
Mr. Robertson seconded.
Passed 3/0
- Mr. Webber motioned to come out of non-public session at 8:55 A.M.
Mr. Robertson seconded.
The board approved to seal the minutes of the non-public session.
Chairman Genest opened the public meeting at 9:00 AM

Staff present: Donna Hanson (Town Administrator), Scott Lester (Police Chief), Chip Craig (Road Agent) Jim Cruthers (Water/Sewer)
- Mr. Peter Holden of Holden Engineering presented plans for the Highland Avenue and Pleasant Street drainage, water line, and reconstruction. Holden Engineering still needs to meet with Jim Cruthers to finish the details on the hydrants. A construction cost estimate was presented.
Roadway and Drainage $682,58.89
Storm Sewer System $572,409.88
Water Line – Pleasant $164,324.52
Water Line – Highland $263,952.77
Grand Total= 1,683,277.06
4. There being no further business, Mr. Genest motioned to adjourn, Mr. Webber seconded. Passed 3/0
